Player Registrations - MANAGERS

VERIFING PLAYER REGISTRATIONS

Each team has been set up as a "Club" under the MWHSHL.  Every team has an Account Administrator.  Your administrator is your team's manager, highlighted in the League Directory. As noted in the Roster Instructions and in red on the Roster, every manager must confirm their player registrations including specific information like DOB and Parent RIS.  If the parent/guardian provides additional or different information on the Player Registration than you provided on your Roster, you will need to submit a new Roster to the Registrar with the corrected information for approval. LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS

To access the system - the first time:

1. Go here - https://admin.rampregistrations.com/ramp/admin
2. Click on "Forgot Password"
3. When the Reset Password Screen appears, enter the Organization and Login.
   • Organization: (Enter your team’s name without caps or spaces.  List below. It is case sensitive, eg. beausejourbarons)
   • Login: admin
4. An email will be sent to the prime contact with a Reset Link and Code.  Click the Reset Link - provide the Organization and Login info above and create your password.

VIEW DETAILED REGISTRATION REPORTS

1. Once you are logged in, there will be a dashboard on the left.  Select Registrations, and Registrations again.
2. Select the current SEASON (likely defaulted) and the DIVISION 
3. Scroll down to Packages, and you will be able to see how many people have completed the registration.
4. To View Report of the detailed registrations, also click beside the right PACKAGE (example: 2023-24 Season)
5. Then select INFORMATION (all or what you want to see)
6. Select QUESTIONS (all or what you want).
7. Click VIEW REPORT. This will be displayed. You can then download the file if needed.
